FIVEPRIME PRIVACY POLICY

1. Your privacy is important to us and we take the privacy of the users and visitors (collectively, "Visitors") of our website seriously. To better protect your privacy, we provide this policy to explain our information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used on the Site. To make this policy easy to find, we make links to this privacy policy available on our homepage and at every point where may be requested.

"Personal Information" is information about you that is personally identifiable to you, like your name, address, e-mail address, or phone number, as well as other non-public information that is associated with the foregoing.

FivePrime will not collect any Personal Information about you through the Site unless you provide it to us voluntarily.
